I like animals way more than I like people. In fact: Want to help feed animals in need? Click here, then click the button to feed a needy animal. It's that easy. Each click gives .6 bowls of food...that really can add up. Click every day! I looked into it, it's totally legit. So do it! I am a veterinary technician who loves animals (have you gathered that by now?). I plan to become a registered veterinary technician in the future. People are beginning to worry that I enjoy seeing animal body parts (testicles, uteri, etc) taken out a little too much, but I just think it's interesting. Especially being able to actually hold them in your (rubber gloved) hands. I live with my boyfriend and three cats. The youngest cat I got from work when she came in for an abscess wound and didn't have a home. The other two were aqcuired in the normal ways; we got the first cat from a friend and the second via Craigslist. I like pink and purple things, Disney Princesses (especially Snow White) and other girly things like that. But I don't consider myself very "girly". I adore good comedy. Much of my life is spent pursuing the funny via excellent comedy shows, sketch comedy, travelling to Los Angeles for good live comedy and hoping against all hope some comedian I love will decide to come to San Diego and grace us with their excellent jokes. It happens very little. I am very much interested in Japanese culture. I'd love to learn the language but haven't got the time. One of my goals in life is to go to Japan. Many, many friends of mine have been there, and I'd love to as well so I can stop being jealous. I am always in search of good music I've never heard. My fear is that I'll never hear the most awesome song ever made. It's something I've contemplated a lot since I was a teenager, "what if there's a song out there that is just so beautiful, but I never heard it?" Kinda weird to think about, but I do. I love to listen to music in foreign languages. I do draw the lines at some point musically, however. I just can't do country and most rap. I can be a smartass. And I love a good prank or joke at someone elses' expense. Especially at work. I can dish it out and I certainly can take it. If I like you, you definitely know it. I used to think I couldn't hide my displeasure of people very well, but I just learned that apparently I do, so that's good. I guess that means I'm growing up. I'm just now feeling that my life is starting to take shape. It's nice to have career goals, a job you like that helps you with the process of realizing your goals, a good relationship, good friends and cats. I think my life is pretty damn good right now.
